Mission & Vision

We envision a diverse and engaged community of teens who are connected to Jewish wisdom, values and community through exciting and meaningful Jewish programs. Our mission is to help Chicagoland Jewish teens become their best selves while having fun, making friends, and discovering new experiences; to incubate great new immersive Jewish programs; and to ensure the highest quality programs through unique and relevant professional development programs for Jewish Youth Professionals.

Springboard was created in partnership with the Jim Joseph Foundation and the Jewish United Fund/Jewish Federation of Chicago. Springboard partners with teen professionals and organizations throughout metropolitan Chicago to introduce more teens to high quality Jewish programs.
